When do I get paid?
Payouts go out monthly. A commission is paid once it is 30 days old, and your balance needs to reach $50 before we pay it out.
How are referrals tracked?
Your referral link sets a 60-day cookie. If someone signs up within 60 days of clicking it, they count as your referral. If they clicked more than one affiliate's link, the last click wins.
What earns commission?
Plan payments only: 30% of the Starter, Growth or Agency plan price for each customer's first 12 months of payments. Credit packs, per-site hosting and add-ons don't earn commission, and trials earn nothing until the first paid payment.
What happens if a customer cancels?
Commission stops when the customer stops paying. Refunds and chargebacks are taken back out of your earnings.
Can ContentForge customers join?
Yes. Customers are welcome to apply and earn when they refer other agencies. You can't earn commission on your own account.
What tax forms do I need?
Before your first payout we need a W-9 if you're in the US, or a W-8BEN if you're outside the US.
Who gets approved?
We approve every affiliate ourselves. We look at who your audience is and how you plan to share ContentForge, and reply within a few business days.
